Diet day 2

Some statistical research found that the 1st and 2nd day of a diet are the most hard ones to keep up the diet program. It was not hard at all for me, since all day long I did something to distract my mind:)
Breakfast:
I had 1/4 of a melon and a banana, since after that I went cycling for almost 18km:). If you are not going to exercise after breakfast eat one peach instead of a banana.
Lunch:
I had a salad made of a small can of rio mare tuna, 1 tomato, 1/2 of cucumber, 1 paprika, little bit of salt and tea spoon of olive oil.
Diner:
I had one boiled potato and one cookie:/
I had a least 2l of water:)
If you do not want to lose weigh, instead of my diner eat one grilled chicken breasts with a salad and one fruit which every you like for desert.
If you want you can have a snack after lunch. You can eat one diet cookie or a bar of dark chocolate.

Neka statisticka istrazivanja su pokazala da su prvi i drugi dan dijete najtezi. Meni nije bilo toliko tesko da izdrzim sobzirom da sam ceo dan radila nesto da ne bih razmisljala o hrani.
Dorucak:
Pojela sam 1/4 dinje i jednu bananu. Posle toga sam vozila bicikl 18km pa ta banana nije bila toliko strasna. U slucaju da necete trenirati posle dorucka onda bananu zamenite sa breskvom, manje je kaloricna.
Rucak:
Napravila sam salatu od jedne male rio mare bele tunjevine ( to je ona bez ulja ), jednog paradajiza, pola krastavca, jedne paprike, malo soli i kafene kasicice maslinovog ulja.
Vecera:
Pojela sam jedan kuvan krompir i jedan wellness keks.:/
Popila sam najmanje 2l vode.
U slucaju da ne zelite da izgubite na tezini umesto moje vecere pojedite jedno pilece grilovano belo mesto sa sa salatom i vocku po zelji.
Ako u toku dana osetite glad, za uzinu pojedite neki dijetalni keks ili jednu stanglu crne cokolade;)

Diet Day 1

Hi everybody!
Today I measured my weigh and I had 52kg. Ok so that is not too much and by some calculations I am under my reasonable weight. But since I want to get into the best shape possible I will start dieting. I will give tips what to eat if you want to lose weight and if you want to control the weight you have already. Since I want to lose 2kg ( no particular reason just testing diets ) in the next few days I will write what I ate in order to lose weight and what you can eat if you want to control your weight.
Breakfast:
This is the most important meal of the day so do not miss it please. It is very important that your metabolism starts working from the moment you get up.
Ok I had a cup of coffee ( sugar and milk free ) and two slices of integral bread. The bread I ate did not contain white flour. This is very important since through our diet you can not eat it.
Lunch:
I had grilled chicken breast, there were grilled on a little bit of olive oil and I put some herbs used for meats. I had a fresh tomato salad and a peach.
Dinner:
I ate only one yogurt and one fresh peach.
This calories count is lower that 800 kcal. :)
So if you do not want to lose to much weigh you can eat for diner two eggs and little bit of feta cheese and tomato salad or any salad that you prefer. And you can eat for a snack one bar of 80% dark chocolate. :)
I did not had time to exercise today but I will certainly exercise tomorrow.
I had 2l of water and since chicken was a little bit salt for my taste I will drink some more.

Cao,
Danas sam se merila i imam 52 kg. Znam da to uopste nije puno i da sam cak po nekim merenjima neuhranjena. Ali posto zelim da se bas dovedem u formu ja cu poceti sa dijetom. Pisacu sta sam sve pojela u ovih par dana da bih izgubila 2kg i pisacu pored toga savete sta da jedete ako necete da smrsate vec da zadrzite kilazu koju imate.
Dorucak:
Ovo je najbitniji obrok tokom dana i zato ga nemojte preskakati. Jako je bitno da vas metabolizam radi od momenta od kada se probudite.
Popila sam jednu tursku kafu, mozete i nes bez secera i mleka i pojela sam 2 parceta Tonus hleba. Mozete pojesti integralnu kiflu ili dva parceta bilo kog integralnog hleba. Bitno je da taj hleb ne sadrzi belo brasno.
Rucak:
Grilovano pilece belo mesto na malo maslinovog ulja sa malo vegete, svez paradajiz sa malo maslinovog ulja i jednu breskvu.
Vecera:
Za veceru sam popila jedan mali balans jogurt mozete popiti bilo koji drugi jogurt bitno je da ima mali procenat mlecnih masti i jednu breskvu.
Ako ne zelite da izgubite puno kilograma veceru zamenite sa dva jaja, salatom po zelji i jednom breskvom. A ako bas zelite da kontrolisete mozete za uzinu pojesti jednu stanglu crne cokoloda, ona od 80% kakao je pozeljna.
Ovaj unos kalorija je manji od 800kcal, a sa promenom vecere ne prelazi 1200kcal sto je za nekoga ko vezba bar 3 puta nedeljno sasvim dovoljno.
Nisam stigla da vezbam danas ali nadoknadicu sutra.
I popila sam oko 2l vode ali popicu jos sobzirom da je meni piletina bila slana.:)

Atkins diet, Dunkan Diet, Fruit diet, egg diet, milk diet, ... DIET

I once read in a newspaper, I can't remember which one, that 90% of women in the world had tried some diet. Some worked, some had a Yo-Yo effect some did not work at all. So I will make a test in the next two weeks. I will try something like a mix of all diets plus a workout routine. I will measure calories and write everything I eat, also I will write how much I exercised and so on. I will measure my weight tomorrow morning. And that will be it. If the result are good after I finish my testing than you have I good plan to get your body in the shape you always wanted. :)
Tips:
  • drink at least 2l of water
  • If you can not for any reason drink that amount of water, try a Lemon diet: Every day put a fresh lemon juice in 1l of water, but in the following way----> 1st day 1 lemon, 2nd day 2 lemons and so on until the 7th day when you need 7 lemons and than on the 8th day put 6 lemons and so on until you reach 1 lemon:)
  • write everything you eat, there are many internet websites which can measure your calories
  • you can drink coffee but without milk and sugar
  • there are no diet drinks NONE!
  • No sweets:/
  • No bread:/
  • No bananas in the begging
  • 3 meals nothing between them ( this is because your insulin level can have only 3 peaks a day, more about this subject can be found on the internet )
  • You can drink mineral water
  • You can not drink energy drinks

Procitala sam skoro u novinama da tokom zivota 90% zena proba bar jednu dijetu. Neke dijete imaju dobre rezultate, neke imaju Yo-Yo efekat, a neke na kraju nemaju nikakav rezultat. I zbog toga u naredne dve nedelje ja cu probati nesto kao mix dijeta sa programom vezbanja. Pisacu svakodnevno sta sam jela, brojacu kalorije, i pisacu koliko sam vezbala. Ako krajnji rezultat bude bio dobar eto jednog proverenog nacina da svoje telo dovedete do zeljenog izgleda. :)
Korisni saveti i smernice:
  • Najmanje 2l vode dnevno
  • Ako ne mozete da popijete toliko vode dnevno, probajte Limun dijetu----> U litar vode prvi dan iscedite 1 limun, 2 dan 2 limuna,...,7 dan 7 limunova, i onda 8 dana 6 limunova, i sve tako dok ne dodjete do jednog limuna.
  • Zapisujete sve sto jedete, na internetu postoji mnogo sajtova koji mere kalorije za vas
  • Nemojte piti kafu sa mlekom i secerom
  • Nisu dozvoljena dijetalna pica
  • Nema slatkisa
  • Nema peciva i hleba
  • Jedite 3 puta dnevno i nemojte jesti izmedju obroka nema grickalica nikakvih ( insulin u nasem organizmu moze da ima svoje uspone 3 puta dnevno, kada insulin poraste mi varimo hranu, detaljnije o ovome mozete naci na internetu )
  • Voce mozete jesti ali nema banana
  • Mozete piti kiselu vodu
  • I nema energetskih pica

Italian food trip: base for pizza; Moj put hrane u Italiji: Osnova za picu

Hi everybody! I am currently on a trip in Milan, Italy. In the next few days I will write recipes of everything I tasted and was delicious.
Today I ate pizza and the most important thing for a good pizza is to make a good base. 
Ingredients:

  • 600ml water
  • 1kg of flour
  • 25g yeast
  • 6 spoons of olive oil
  • 20g of salt
  • 2 spoons of sugar
First you have to put yeast and sugar in a little bit of water and to mix it all together to make a homogeneous mass. In a bowl put all the flour and make a hole in the middle. In a hole put the yeast with water and mix it all together. In another bowl mix the rest of the water with salt and olive oil and then put that mixture in flour and start to knead it or as Italians say start "Lavorare la pasta" until it is all made nicely. Then put a little 
bit of flour on a table and continue to "work" on it. When you finish leave the mixture in a bowl 
covered with a dishcloth for 1and1/2 hour. You will get a mixture for 4 pizza of diameter of 30cm.

Ciao svima! Trenutno sam u Milanu na kratkom putu i u narednih par dana cu pisati o hrani koju
sam ovde jela i koja mi se dopala. Danas sam jela pizzu pa cu vam ispod napisati recept kako 
da napravite dobro testo za pizzu jer je to po meni najbitniji deo pizze.
Sastojci:

  • 600ml vode
  • 1kg belog mekog brasna
  • 25g kvasca
  • 6 kasika maslinovog ulja
  • 20g soli
  • 2 kasike soli
U casu sipati malo mlake vode i u njoj razmutiti kvasac sa secerom i ostaviti ga malo da odstoji.
U ciniju sipajte brasno i u sredini barsna napravite rupu. U tu rupu sipajte kvasac i sve umesajte.
Sa strane u drugoj ciniji pomesajte vodu, maslinovo ulje i so. Potom pomesajte brasno sa tom 
smesom i mesite dok se ne sjedini. Na sto stavite malo brasna i na brasnu nastavite da mesite 
testo dok ne pocinju da se pojavljuju malo baloncici na testu. Onda to ubacite u ciniju prekrite
krpom i ostavite da stoji sat i po vremena. Kada se testo podigne dobicete smesu za 4 pizze
precnika 30cm.

Rice with green beans Rizoto sa graskom

This is one spring meal. It is easy and fast to prepare. It can be served as a main or side dish.

Ingredients:
  • 1l of vegetable soup ( easiest way is to cook the vegetable cube in 1l of water)
  • 1 onion 
  • 60g cream philadelphia cheese
  • fresh mint leaves
  •  olive oil
  • 40 g  Parmigiano Reggiano
  • 400g peas
  • 350g of rice
  • glass of white vine

Cut the onion into 2 pieces and those 2 pieces cut separately. Heat the olive oil in a frying pan and fry one half of the onion. Then put the peas and and one kitchen spoon of soup and let it cook a little bit. Put half of the peas in the multipraktik and mash it. The other half of the peas put aside. Clean the frying pan and heat the olive oil. Put the other half of the onion and fry it. Then put the rice and fry it also a little bit. Then put one glass of white vine and wait for it to evaporate. Then add 2 kitchen spoons of soup and cook it a little bit. Then add the mash peas and the remaining of the soup and cook it for 15min. Then add cream cheese and Parmigiano Reggiano and the remaining of the peas. Mix it all together and voila!

Ovo je jedno lagano prolecno jelo. Jako je lako i brzo za pripremu. Moze se sluziti kao prilog nekom drugom jelu a moze se jesti i samo.

Potrebno je:

  • 1l povrcne bistre supe ( najbolje je uzeti supu u kockici od povrca i ukuvati )
  • 1 crni luk
  • 60g krem sira moze ABC sir
  • menta u listovima ( moze se nabavi u Maxi exclusive prodavnicama )
  • maslinovo ulje
  • 40g Parmezana ( Parmigiano Reggiano ako mozete da nadjete )
  • 400g graska
  • 350g pirinca
  • casa belog vina

Glavicu crnog luka podeliti na dva dela i odvojeno iseckati oba. U tiganju zagrejati maslinovo ulje i na njemu proprziti polovinu crnog luka. Na luk onda ubaciti grashak i dodati jednu kutlacu supe da se grasak malo prokuva. Ne treba ga kuvati do kraja. Kada se skuva ubaciti pola te kolicine grasaka u blender sa 5-6 listova mente i josh malo supe ako je smesa mnogo gusta. Ostatak graska ostaviti sa strane. U tiganju pored opet proprziti luk da se omeksa, onda staviti pirinac da se malo proprzi i preliti ga sa casom belog vina. Kada vino ispari dodati dve kutlace supe. Onda dodati smesu od grashka. I preliti sa ostatkom supe da se kuva. Posle nekih 15 min kada se pirinac ukuva dodati parmezan i krem sir i umesati. Na kraju dodati ostatak graska. Sve promesati i to je to.

Spagetti aglio olio

This is one really easy meal to make. It has a low kcal value and garlic is very healthy to eat. I will list ingredients for two persons.
Ingredients:
  • 4 pieces of garlic
  • little bit of fresh parsley
  • little bit of fresh basil
  • 5-6 hot little red peppers ( Peperoncino)
  • olive oil 
  • parmigiano reggiano
  • 250g spagetti

Ok 1st you need to do is to boil water and to cook spagetti one minute less than said on the box in order for them to be little bit "al dente". When spagetti are left 2 min to cook, in a frying pan heat the olive oil and fry garlic just a little bit. Then put the peperoncini, parsley and fresh basil. This process of frying the ingredients should not take more than a minute. Then put the spagetti and mix it all toghether on a frying pan for no more than 30 sec. And in the end when served on a plate put a little bit of parmigiano reggiano.
Tip: you can cut the peperoncini into little pieces and fry them like that or put them on the top at the end.

Ovo jelo je jako lako za pravljenje. Treba vam pola minuta duze od kuvanja spageta. Ima malu kalorijsku vrednost a i beli luk je jako zdrav. Dole navedeni sastojci su za dve osobe.
Sastojci:
  • 4 cenja belog luka
  • malo svezeg persuna
  • malo svezeg bosiljka
  • 5-6 malih ljutih papricica
  • maslinovo ulje
  • parmigiano reggiano
  • 250g spageta

Prvo treba skuvati spagete minut manje nego sto pise na kutiji da bi bile malo "al dente". 2 minuta pred kraj kuvanja spageta u tiganju zagrejati maslinovo ulje. Na maslinom ulju malo proprziti beli luk i dodati papricice, persun i bosiljak. Ovo przenje ne treba da traje duze od 1 minut i beli luk ne sme da pozuti. Na to ubaciti spagete i sve zajedno mesati jos 30 sec. Kada budete servirali u tanjiru dodajte malo parmigiano reggiano. 
Savet: papricice mozete sitno naseckati i tako ih prziti a mozete ih i na kraju posuti peko spageta.

Koristan savet kako da vasha bela odeca bude josh belja!;)


Ovo sam skoro otkrila a kako non stop pravim neke kolache puna mi je kuca prashka za pecivo;). U pitanju je najobichniji plavi prashak za pecivo koji moze svuda da se nadje. U prashak za vesh ubacite kesicu prashka i napunite mashinu belim stvarima koje vishe nisu bele;). Ja obichno to radim sa charapama jer hodam bosa, kao i vecina nas. I nishta operete kao da normalno perete i vesh se stvarno beli posle a nije uzasan pod rukom kao od izbeljivacha i slichnih preparata;)

Eggplant with fresh tomatoes and parsley Plavi patlidzan sa paradajizom i persunom

I like to eat eggplants and find them very tasty. I know couple of recipes and this is one of them.
Ingredients:

  • 2 big eggplants
  • 500g of fresh tomatoes 
  • little bit of fresh garlic
  • olive oil
  • salt
  • pepper if you like it
  • and fresh parsley


You need to peel and cut eggplant into slices, and then each slice need to be washed. Then You need to cut tomatoes, fresh garlic and fresh parsley. You then need to take a fireproof bowl and to oil it with olive oil.

 On the olive oil put one row of slices of eggplant, on it put tomato, parsley, salt, pepper and little bit of garlic. You need to repeat this process until You use all the ingredients. In the end put on the top little bit of olive oil. Then put it in the oven that is previously heated to 180-200C and bake it for about 40 mins. And that is it.

Plavi patlidzan je jako ukusan, ja bar volim da ga jedem. Znam par dobrih recepata kako ga napraviti i evo jedan od njih.
Potrebno je:
  • 2 velika plava patlidzana
  • 500g paradajiza
  • jedan chen belog luka sitno seckan
  • maslinovo ulje
  • so
  • biber ako volite 
  • i svez persun

Plavi patlidzan iseci na kolutove. Svaki kolut sa obe strane izrezbariti kao mrezu nozem i oprati ga. Paradajiz iseckati na kockice kao i beli luk, a persun sitno naseckati za posipanje. Vatrostalnu ciniju premazati uljem i poredjati jedan red plavog patlidzana. Preko njega staviti paradajiz, persun, so, biber i malo belog luka. Na kraju preliti sa malo maslinovog ulja. Redjati tako redove dok god imate plavog patlidzana. Na kraju peci u rerni na 180-200 oko 40 minuta. I to je to.

How to make a great tomato sauce Kako napraviti dobar paradajiz sos

I am a big fan of tomato sauce but a lot of times I ate meals with tomato sauce that resemble to tomato juice or bad ketchup.  It is not hard at all to make a good tomato sauce.
Ingredients:
  • pomodori pelati
  • peppermint tea
  • salt
  • pepper
  • vegetable cube
  • fresh basil
  • pepper
  • onion
  • olive oil
  • sugar
You need to cut basil and onions separately. In a frying pen put the olive oil and heat it. Then fry the onions with half of the bag of peppermint tea. When onions become soft put the pomodori pelat. Then put a little bit of salt and sugar and one vegetable cube. After cooking it for 10 minutes put the fresh basil and that is it.

Dosta puta mi se dogodilo da sam jela jela sa paradajiz sosom i da se ukus tog sosa nije nimalo razlikovao od next ili nectar soka od paradajiza. Jelo je zbog toga bilo otuzno. Dobar paradajiz preliv nije teshko napraviti samo treba malo maste.
Potrebno je:

  • pelat
  • crni luk
  • so
  • biber
  • caj od nane
  • svez bosiljak
  • secer
  • soda bikarbona
  • povrcna kockica ili kasika vegete


Crni luk sitno iseckati kao i svez bosiljalk. Na ugrejanom maslinovom ulju proprziti luk. U luk dodati pola kesice caja od nane. Kada je luk pri kraju przenja dodati pelat. U njega dodati so, biber, secer, malo sodabikarbone i povrcnu kockicu ili kasiku vegete. Kuvti oko 10 minuta. Tek pred kraj dodati svez bosiljak. I eto odlicnog paradajiz preliva. Preliv od paradajiza sa mlevenim meso tj preliv za bolonjeze ili lasagne cu napisati neki drugi put.

Frittata with onions "Frittata" sa lukom a moze i sa bilo kojim drugim povrcem

I tasted this meal for the first time at some aperitivo in Milan. I am not a big fan of eggs but I like to eat this meal. All You need is a big frying pan. This frittata is the base one, but You can add zucchini, cheese, ham, tomato, paprika...
Ingredients:
  • 400g onion
  • 6 eggs
  • olive oil
  • salt 
  • pepper
You need to cut onions into slices, not too small not too big.

Then You need to heat the oil and to fry the onions. When onions become soft you have to put the eggs on the onions. Before putting the eggs into the frying pen You need to mix them to get homogenous mass. After 5-6 minutes you have to flip the eggs with onions to fry the other side. In the end you will get something like a pancake made of eggs filled with onions.

Ovo jelo sam prvi put probala na jednom aperitivu u Milanu. Ja inache nisam neki preterani ljubitelj jaja ali ovo mi se bash dopalo. Potreban je samo veliki i duboki teflonski tiganj. Ovo je bazni recept ali vi po zelji mozete dodati sir, sunku, krastavce, tikvice, paradajiz....
Sastojci:

  • 400g crnog luka
  • 6 jaja
  • maslinovo ulje
  • so 
  • biber
Luk iseckati da duze tanke listove. Kao na stapice. Jaja umutiti kao za kajganu u nekom tanjiru ili ciniji i dodati im so i beber po zelji. Na tiganjsipati maslinovo ulje i kada se ugreje proprziti luk. Kada se luk omeksa dodati jaja. Prziti na slabijoj vatri 4-5 minuta na jedno strani pa kada je ona gotova okrenuti i isprziti drugu. I to je to. Jako je lako da se napravi. Ako ga jedete samo uz neku salatu zachinjenu bez dresinga imate bash dijetalan obrok.

Neki posni recepti

Mnogim ljudima post tesko pada. Ja ne postim dugo ali sobzirom da volim da jedem morala sam svoj posni meni da prosirim. Pre bih rekla da za vreme posta moze da se jede samo hleb i dzem, kuvan krompir i tunjevina iz konzerve ali nije bas tako. Zato cu sada ispisati par recepata koji su ukusni a ujedno i posni.


Supa od brokolija
Potrebno je:


  • Kashika maslinovog ulja
  • 1 crni luk
  • saka pirinca moze i integralnog
  • jedan brokoli
  • jedna kasika vegete
  • 1l vode
  • i blender ili mikser koji moze da usitni hranu
U serpu staviti maslinovo ulje i zagrejati ga. Na njemu proprzti sitno seckan luk. Kada se luk proprzi dodati pirinac i njega malo isprziti. Na to staviti brokoli koji ste prethodno iseckali. I onda preliti sa 1l vode i dodati kasiku vegete i kuvati 20 min. Kada se ukuva izblendirati i dobicete lepu kremastu masu. Ako vam je pregusto ubacite malu chasu vode i tako malo prokuvajte. Ako ne postite u ovu supu mozete dodati parmezan.

Rizoto sa safranom
Safran je zacin koji ja bas volim ali se kod nas teze nalazi. Ima ga u zdravim hranama neki do duse i Veru.
Potrebno je:
  • 1 glavica crnog luka
  • pirinac
  • vegeta
  • safran
  • kasika maslinovog ulja
  • voda
  • Belo vino za kuvanje ili obicno belo vino
Na maslinovom ulju izdinstati crni luk koji ste prethodno sitno iseckali. Onda dodati pirinac i preliti ga vodom. Ovo bi trebalo da se pravi u dubokom teflonskom tiganju. Vodu treba naliti preko pirinca da bude dva prsta iznad. I kasnije dolivati kada pirinac upje vodu. Dodati malo vegete u pustiti da se kuva. Nakon nekih 17 minuta dodati safran i belo vino i vode ako je potrebno i kuvati dok se skroz ne upuije. Opet savet ako ovo jelo ne pravite posno mozete staviti parmezan.

Pecurke sa paradajizom
Potrebno je:
  • pecurke
  • pelat 
  • crni luk
  • maslinovo ulje
  • nana
  • so
  • malo vegete
  • bosiljak svez ako mozete da nadjete
  • secer
U teflonskom dubokom diganju izdinstati luk na maslinovom ulju. Onda ubaciti pecurke i dinstati ih dugo. Pecurke treba da puste vodu, i onda treba da se dinstaju na toj vodi. Tek kada pecurke upiju vodu preliti ih pelatom. Onda dodati malo nane, malo bosiljka, malo vegete mada ne mora i malo soli i dinstati tako. Sto se pelata tice sa tomatinom nije to to u Merkatoru i Veru a i u nekim Maxiijima moze se naci pravi pelat.

Something gourmet

This meal is a little complicate to make but it is really tasty.
Ingredients:


  • chicken or turkey meat
  • Parma ham ( Prosciutto di Parma )
  • dried prunes
  • pears 
  • gongorzola cheese
  • panna or creme fresh
  • butter


You need to cut the meat into thin parts in order to roll the prunes with the meat. So you take one parma ham sliced thin, You take the meat and put the prune inside and roll it all together. In order to keep them from falling apart while frying you can fix them with a toothpick. You also need to peal the pears and cut them into pieces. When you made all the rolls you need to fried them with pears in the same frying pan. I like to fried them on butter but you can use what ever you like. In a pot you need to meal little bit of butter and on it you need to melt the gongorzola and then you need to mix it with panna or creme fresh. You need to mix it until You get a nice sauce. On the plate you then have to put the rolls and the pears and then You need to put the sauce on it.

Ovo je malo komplikovano napraviti ali je jako ukusno.
Sastojci:
  • pilece ili curece belo meso
  • prsuta
  • suve shljive
  • kruske
  • gongorzola
  • pavlaka ili panna
  • puter

Meso iseci na tanke listove. Uzeti parce prsute na njega staviti tanko iseceno meso i u sredinu staviti sljivu. Urolati u rolnicu. Da se ne bi raspalo uscvtstiti meso cackalicama. Kruske oljustiti i isceci na male parcice. U tiganju zagrejati puter ili ulje zavisi na cemu vise volite da przite. Isprziti rolnice i kruske zajedno. U serpi otopiti puter. Na puteru istopiti gongorzolu i preko nje staviti pavlaku ili panu. Kada je sos gotov preliti rolnice i kruske.

Mimi's salad

One more salad that is easy to make and can be eaten with anything. All you need is this multipraktik to make it easy.
Ingredients:

  • 300g apples
  • 300g cabbages
  • 300g beets
  • 300g carrots 
  • little bit of apple cider vinegar
  • little bit of salt ( I make it without salt but if you like you can put it )
  • and little bit of cinnamon ( mix of cinnamon and apple cider vinegar is very healthy, of course if you are not allergic to cinnamon )
You put it all in the multipraktik and cut it together. Then You put it all in bowl and mix it with vinegar and  salt  if you like and cinnamon. The taste is sweet sour and it is very fresh.

Jos jedna salata koja je jako laka da se napravi i moze da se jede sa bilo cime je ova. Sve sto je potrebno je neki multipraktik da bi seckanje bilo lakse. Rucno sitno seckanje ili rendanje svih sastojaka traje dugo i malo je naporno ali moze.
Sastojci:
  • 300g jabuka
  • 300g cvekle
  • 300g kupusa slatkog
  • 300g sargarepe
  • malo jabukovog sirceta
  • malo soli ( ja je ne stavljam ali moze )
  • malo cimeta ( ako niste alergicni, mesavina cimeta i jabukovog sirceta je jako zdrava )


Ubacite povrce u multipraktik i iseckate ga. Ubacite u ciniju i prelijete jabukovim sircetom i dodate so i cimet po zelji. Ukus je slatkasto kiseo i jako je osvezavajuca.

Waldorf salad / Valdorf salata

 Salads are great meals for hot weather. One easy and really tasty salad is this one. It can be made as a side dish to veal or chicken whatever You prefer or it can be eaten with cheese or alone.
Ingredients:

  • 2 little spoons of fresh lemon juice
  • 200g of apples red ones or granny smith
  • 50g of nuts
  • 2 spoons of yogurt or creme fresh
  • little bit of pepper 
  • little bit of salt
  • 200g of celery
  • 150g mayonnaise
First You need to peel the celery and to wash it and then cut into little pieces using this thing.
Then You need to cook it in boiling water for 2-3 minutes. Pull it from water when its done. Then You need to peel the apples and also to cut them into little pieces using this thing:) don't know its name. Put the lemon juice on apples. In one bowl mix mayonnaise, yogurt or creme fresh, nuts, salt and pepper. And then You need to add celery and apples and that would be it. Mix it all together.


Salate su super jelo za toplo vreme, ja iskreno leti tesko da mogu da jedem nesto drugo. Ova salata moze da se posluzi uz teletinu ili piletinu, moze da se jede sa nekim sirom a moze i sama.
Sastojci:
  • 2 kasicice soka od limuna
  • 200g granny smith jabuka ili crvenih slatkih jabuka
  • 50g oraha ociscenih
  • 2 supene kasike pavlake ili jogurta
  • malo bibera
  • malo soli
  • 200 g celera
  • 150g majoneza

Prvo treba oljustiti celer. Zatim ga treba oprati. Onda izrendati i ubaciti u kljucalu vodu da se kuva 2-3 minuta. Kada je gotov procediti ga i ostaviti sa strane. Jabuke oljustiti i izrendati. Zatim ih ostaviti u cinijici i preliti limunovim sokom. U ciniji za salatu izmesati majonez, jogurt, biber, so i ociscene sitno seckane orahe ( nemojte da ih meljete). Potom ubaciti jabuke i celer i sve lepo promesati. I to je to.

1st plate I learned how to make Pasta 4 fromaggi

When I started cooking in Italy all I made was microwave soup and "Przenice"(bread fried with eggs). When that became boring to eat I had to make something else. So I bought pasta and cheese and started making a sauce. And in the end it was great. The only problem is that I used to made this meal for 4 persons since my boyfriend and his roommate ate for 4;)
Ingredients:

  • 100g of gongorzola or bludanish cheese
  • 100g of camamber cheese
  • 100g mozarela
  • 100g of ementaler or any yellow cheese
  • little bit of butter
  • 1/2l of panna ( if you can not find it You can use creme frech or I will explain how to make something similar)
  • 500g pasta
  • olive oil
The trick to cook the pasta is to cook it one minute less then written on the box. Also when the water starts boiling You have to put a little bit of salt and little bit of olive oil. And then You put pasta and cook it a minute less than prescribed.
In a pot You put a little bit of butter and let it melt but don't let it burn. On the butter you put cheese cut into little pieces. A melt them. On the cheese You add panna or creme frech. And mix it. After the pasta is over and You put a little bit of olive oil on it You have to mix it with sauce. On the top You can put parmigiano reggiano or grana padano it depends on the taste. And that is it.


If You can not find creme frech or panna You need
  • 1/2 l milk
  • spoon of butter
  • spoon of white flower 
  • and all of the cheeses listed
On the melted butter you put milk and a spoon of flower. You mix it on the stove until it become thick. When it became think you put all the cheese cut into little pieces and mix it all together. And that is it.

Kada sam pocela da kuvam u Italiji sve sto sam znala da napravim je da podgrejem vec gotovu supu u mikrorerin i da napravim przenice. Kada se to smucilo svima da jedu morala sam da smislim nesto novo. I tako sam odlucila da pocnem da pravim pastu. I na kraju je ispala super. Jedini problem je shto ja znam da napravim meru za 4 osobe jer su moj decko i njegov cimer bili u stanju da jednu dosta.
Sastojci:
  • 100g gongorzole ili bludanish-a ili bilo kog slanog budjavog sira
  • 100g kamambera
  • 100g mocarele ( kod nas je malo teze naci ali ima u Veru, bitno je da bude sveza i da bude u vodi)
  • 100g ementalera ili bilo kog ne  jakog kackavalja
  • malo putera
  • 1/2 pane ili pavlake 
  • 500g paste
  • malo maslinovog ulja
Ovo nije pana mozete je koristiti ali meni nije to to 
Stos u kuvanju paste je da se kuva minut manje nego sto pise na kutiji. Desavalo mi se ovde u Beogradu da u restoranu porucim pastu i dobijem raskuvanu masu koja je otuznog ukusa. Kada voda za pastu provri u nju treba ubaciti malo soli i malo ulja, ne pre jer cete onda dugo chekati da provri. Posle toga ubaci se pasta i kuva se.
U serpu ubaciti malo putera, i pustiti ga da se rastopi. Pazite da ne zagori. Onda ubaciti sitno iseckane sireve i pustiti ih da se otope uz stalno mesanje. Kada se otope preliti ih panom ili pavlakom. I mesati dok ne dobijete lepu homogenu smesu. 
Kada procedite pastu sipajte pre nje malo maslinovog ulja da se ne bi lepila i pomesajte sa prelivom. I to bi bilo to. Na to onda mozete staviti parmigiano reggiano ili grana padano, zavisi sta vise volite.
Ako ne mozete da nadjete panu ili ako ne volite pavlaku pravi italijanski preliv se pravi ovako. Potrebno vam je:
  • kasika putera
  • kasika belog mekog brasna
  • 1/2l mleka
Rastopite puter i preko njega sipate mleko. U to ubacite kasiku brasna i mesate. Mesate sve dok ne postane skroz gusto a oce posle nekog vremena. Kada se zgusne ubacite sitno seckane sireve i mesate dok se oni ne otope. Ne treba da bude jaka vatra ali to opet zavisi od vaseg sporeta svi su razliciti.:) I tako dobijete pravi preliv sa 4 sira. Italijani za razliku od nas kada pravimo besamel ne ubacuju na puter brasno pa onda prelivaju sa mlekom ne znam iz kog razloga ali mislim da je njihov nacin mnogo laksi. I to bi bilo to.

Minestrone soup

I like to eat soups and I find them very healthy and useful for You. One of my all time favorites is the minestrone soup. There are couple of ways to make it. In Italy I made it from frozen veggies but You can also buy fresh vegetables and make it. 
Ingredients:

  • One fresh onion
  • a spoon of olive oil
  • a spoon of white-integral rice
  • a bag of veggies
  • a vegetable cube 
  • a little spoon of salt
  • a little spoon of sugar
  • a little bit of parsley 
 
In Italy I used this one 

You need to cut the onion into small pieces. If You have problems with crying while cutting onions you can take a sip of water and hold it in Your mouth. It will help.
You take a pot and in it You need to heat the oil. On the heated oil You have to fry the onions. When they are fried you have to put rice to also fry it a little bit. And then You put the whole bag of veggies and you need to put 1l of water. After that you need to put salt, sugar, vegetable cube and parsley. When you finish all that You have to cook it for 20 min. And that is all. Its very easy, fast and healthy.

If you don't like frozen veggies you can use fresh ones. You need carrots, potato, red beans, string beans, green beans, tomato, cucumber, broccoli, cauliflower, pumpkin, zucchini, and if You like any other type of veggies You can also put it inside. The trick is that 1/2 kg of veggies goes with 1l of water. 

Ja volim da jedem supe i mislim da su jako zdrave a i dobre za metabolizam. Jedna od mojih omiljenih je minestrone. Postoje par nachina da se napravi. Ja sam je pravila sa zamrznutim povrcem ali moze i da se napravi sa svezim. U Italiji sam koristila Buitoni povrce a ovde koristim Frikomovu meshavinu povrca ili bilo koju meshavinu za minestrone koju nadjem u prodavnici.

Sastojci:
  • jedna glavica crvenog ili crnog luka
  • kashika maslinovog ulja
  • kashika belog ili integralnog pirinca
  • kesa povrca 
  • kashika vegete
  • kasicica soli
  • kasicica secera
  • persun ( moze onaj u kesici )

Iseckate sitno luk. Ako Vam suze oci od seckanja ima jedna fora koju sam ja davno videla negde. Uzmete gutljaj vode i drzite u ustima dok secete luk. U serpu ubacite ulje i zagrejete ga. Na ulju proprzite luk. Pred kraj przenja luka ubacite i pirinac i njega malo proprzite. Onda ubacite kesu povrca. I prelijete sa 1l vode. U to ubacite vegetu, so, secer i malo persuna i kuvate 20 minuta. I to bi bilo to. Brzo se sprema, a zdravo je i ukusno:)



Ako ne volite zamrznuto povrce mozete i da napravite od svezeg. Sastojci za povrcnu mesavinu su: krompir, sargarepa, grasak, boranija, pasulj, tikvica, krastavac, brokoli, karfiol, bundeva, paradajiz, i bilo koje povrce josh koje volite. Jedina bitna stvar je da na pola kile mesavine povrca ide 1l vode.  I to bi bilo to.

Muffins with anything you like

One of my favorite cookies are muffins. I love to eat them when I drink coffee, with juice, to eat them as a sweet after lunch or just to eat them in those girly days:). I searched the internet and some cooking books and found this receipt to be the best one.
For the base you need ingredients listed below:


  • 2 eggs
  • 150ml of Yogurt
  • 5 spoons of milk
  • 200g of sugar
  • 270g of flour
  • 1 little spoon of "soda bikarbona" or something that will rise your mix
  • 100g of butter




You need to melt the butter on your stove. In a bowl You mix eggs, sugar, yogurt, milk, flower and one spoon of soda bikarbona:). When you mix all that together you add the butter in a liquid form. After You mix everything you can add whatever you like.


If You are a chocolate lover add 150-200g of dark chocolate. If You love Your muffins with blueberries You can add up to 200g of them.


When You mix it all together You have to bake them 20-25 min on 190C.
After You pull them from the oven you can put anything you like on the top:)....




I like muffins because I find them to be a very creative cookie. What ever taste You like you can make it.


At home my mom likes them with dark chocolate, my aunt with blueberries and I like them with almonds. So I divide the mix into three parts and made them differently for everyone:).

Jedan od mojih omiljenih kolaca su Muffins. Ja volim da ih jedem uz kafu, sok, posle ruchka, ili samo da se zasladim. Pretrazila sam dosta internet sajtova i kuvara u potrazi za pravim receptom za muffine i mislim da je ovaj najbolji i najlakshi. Od svih recepata na internetu ovaj recept malo izmenjen ne sadrzi "lose" sastojke kao shto su neki veshtachki dizachi testa, arome, i slicno. 

Za osnovnu masu je potrebno:

  • 270g belog brasna
  • 200g belog secera
  • 100g putera
  • dva jaja 
  • 150ml jogurta
  • 5 supenih kasika mleka
  • i jedna kasicica sode bikarbone, moze i prasak za pecivo ali ja ga izbegavam jer izaziva alergijske reakcije:)
U veliku ciniju za mucenje prvo umutiti jaja sa secerom, dodati jogurt, mleko, brasno i sodu bikarbonu. Kada se to umiksa mikserom dodati otopljen puter na rerni i sve to umutiti. 

Kada dobijete osnovnu smesu u nju mozete ubaciti sta god volite. Ako volite cokoladu mozete ubaciti 150-200g otopljene cokolade za kuvanje. Ako volite borovnice onda se u muffin testo moze staviti do 200g borovnica.

Kada sve lepo umutite mikserom, treba i poredjati u kalupe i peci na 190C od 20-25min pazite da ne zagore. 
Kada ih izvadite mozete ih preliti otopljenom cokoladom, prah secerom, slagom,....


Ja iskreno jako volim da jedem muffins jer su kreativni kolaci koji god ukus da volite moze te ga staviti u muffine.
